LEVEL Launches First Science-Based Wellness Sanctuary in Tennessee
Franklin location opens with personalized health assessments and five-pillar methodology targeting $5.6 trillion wellness market

A new wellness concept is bringing data-driven health optimization to Tennessee. LEVEL has opened memberships for its first location in Franklin, positioning itself as the first venue to combine comprehensive health assessments with personalized treatment plans under one roof.
The company's approach centers on "Levelology," a proprietary methodology that creates individualized wellness plans based on five core areas: mind, body, beauty, nutrition, and community. Rather than forcing clients to visit multiple practitioners across different locations, LEVEL consolidates everything from diagnostics to treatment planning in a single facility.
LEVEL targets consumers seeking professional guidance amid widespread wellness misinformation. The company uses science-based assessments to cut through the noise, providing actionable insights rather than generic recommendations. A team of practitioners, nutritionists, fitness instructors, and chiropractors work together to develop comprehensive health strategies for each member.
"Wherever you are in your wellness journey—hurting, healing, maintaining balance, or striving for more—we're here to listen," said Andy Lev, CEO of LEVEL. "We're challenging the traditional health and wellness paradigm by offering assessments grounded in science-based data tailored to each individual's needs."
The Franklin location opens in August with an early access program already available. LEVEL is also launching a boutique location in White House, Tennessee this summer, suggesting plans for broader regional expansion.
Dr. Dominic Papa, LEVEL's Medical Director, sees the concept tapping into the growing concierge healthcare trend. "Having been in this business for more than 20 years, we continue to see a growing trend of consumers leaning towards utilizing a concierge-style approach to healthcare," Papa said. "Level uses a similar model but adds elements involving nutrition, physical fitness, mental health, aesthetics."
The timing aligns with massive growth projections for the wellness industry. The connected health and wellness devices market alone is expected to jump from $16.4 billion in 2023 to $49 billion by 2030, while the broader global wellness market is valued at $5.6 trillion annually.
LEVEL's integrated model reflects consumer demand for streamlined wellness experiences that eliminate the complexity of coordinating multiple providers. By housing everything from advanced diagnostics to weight management and aesthetics services in one location, the company aims to remove friction from comprehensive health optimization.
The Tennessee launch serves as a proof of concept for LEVEL's approach to whole-person health. The company's emphasis on data-driven personalization and comprehensive service integration could signal a shift toward more sophisticated wellness destinations that blend medical expertise with lifestyle optimization.
LEVEL is positioning itself at the intersection of traditional healthcare and the booming wellness economy, betting that consumers will pay premium prices for science-backed, personalized health strategies delivered in a luxury environment.
