Sequoia helps men take control of sexual health

Achieved #2 Product of the Day and Week on Product Hunt, over 1,000 registrations and 500 downloads within launch week

Sequoia, the new anonymous sexual wellness app for men, hit the runway this past March and quickly became a standout. With no awkward clinic visits and full anonymity, Sequoia empowers men to track, understand, and improve their intimate health in a discreet, data-driven way.

Founded by Denis Galka and co‑led by Chief Medical Officer Olga Neudakh, Sequoia launches with a clear purpose: destigmatize men’s sexual health by putting personalized care into users’ hands. “Men often feel shame or embarrassment about issues like erectile function,” Neudakh says. “Our app gives them practical tools to build healthy habits with privacy and clarity.”

Sequoia debuted on Product Hunt on March 22, 2023, immediately reaching #2 Product of the Day and #2 Product of the Week in both general and Health & Fitness categories In its first week it earned 905 upvotes, 761 comments, and drew significant media and investor attention.

Launch metrics reflect genuine user demand:

  • 7.8K page views on the App Store and 1.1K page views on the website

  • 505 app downloads

  • 997 user registrations

  • 26 purchases within the first week

Sequoia lets new users complete an International Index of Erectile Function assessment, receive a tailored 21‑day plan of exercises, relaxation and tracking prompts, and then repeat the process with ongoing reports. The app also offers anonymous medical Q&A, curated educational content, and health test reminders, all developed with input from psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, and sexologists.

By harnessing anonymity, Sequoia addresses a massive $25 billion market of more than 1.8 billion men globally. It fills a gap in men’s health where shame and embarrassment often prevent action, giving users a safe, empowering space to connect with their health journey.

What sets Sequoia apart is its combination of clinical rigor, behavioral habit-building, and privacy. Its app-based tracker is backed by research showing:

  • 79 percent of users report improved sexual health within the first 21 days

  • 45 percent notice better erectile quality

  • 25 percent experience more intense orgasms

  • 26 percent see improved libido

  • 43 percent become more mindful about their sexual wellness

Sequoia is launching on iOS with plans to expand to Android, add new languages, pursue HIPAA and GDPR certification, and integrate AI-driven personalization. The app earned early support from UNFPA Belarus, the World Association for Sexual Health, and a founding team backed by med‑tech expertise

CEO Denis Galka reflects on the journey:
“I think it’s time to sum up the launch of Sequoia. We became #2 Product of the Day and Week, earned nearly 1,000 registrations, and built investor and media momentum. That kind of validation shows people care and that privacy-first health tools can truly move the needle.”

Sequoia plans to launch monetized premium plans, broaden medical partnerships, and scale into global markets—making headway toward its long‑term vision of normalizing conversations about men’s sexual health and giving every man the tools to live with confidence.
