Statistics for Strava Launches Unlock Deeper Performance Insights for Athletes
Built by a solo developer, the tool syncs with Strava to visualize trends, training load, and progress over time.

A new tool built on top of Strava helps runners and cyclists see the bigger picture behind their training.
Created by solo developer Marcel Normann, Statistics for Strava connects directly to your Strava account and turns your activity history into simple, easy-to-read charts. It tracks trends over time, highlights progress, and shows how consistent effort adds up across weeks, months, and years.
The idea started with a personal question. Marcel wanted to see how far he had come as a runner without scrolling through old workouts or exporting data into a spreadsheet.
“I couldn’t find anything that gave me the big picture in a way that felt easy to understand,” said Normann. “So I built something that made it obvious.”
The dashboard offers insights like weekly effort, distance over time, and year-over-year improvements. For anyone training with purpose or just curious about their habits, it’s a way to make sense of all the numbers Strava collects.
The tool is free and already live. It syncs automatically with your Strava account and updates daily. Users can support future development through donations.
More features are in the works as Normann continues building out the platform.
